Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Jaipur. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and maintaining excellent customer service interactions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans to seek out new clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of new business.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Proven track record in business development or sales roles is an advantage
