Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, generating leads and nurturing client relationships, and improving business strategies. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, assist in developing proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the business acquisition process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Analytical Skills to assess data and make strategic recommendations
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
