As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new corporate partnerships, creating opportunities for collaboration, and leading client acquisition strategies. Your insights and relationship-building skills will help Coceptual Media broaden its reach across industries and deliver high-impact branding and communication campaigns. Key responsibilities: 1. Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities in the corporate and brand communications space. Research industry trends, track opportunities, and generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads. 2. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers, marketing heads, and brand teams across various sectors. 3. Proposal & Pitch Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals, pitch decks, and integrated campaign strategies tailored to client objectives. 4. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline; ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and CRM updates. 5. Strategic Expansion: Explore and suggest new verticals for Coceptual Media to serve, such as brand storytelling, corporate social responsibility campaigns, internal communication strategies, or product launches. 6. Collaborative Growth: Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to align client goals with Coceptual Media's service offerings and creative strengths. Strong understanding of corporate communication needs and campaign lifecycle management. 4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. 6. Willingness to travel for meetings and business development engagements when necessary.
