About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for IT solutions including Google Workspace, cybersecurity, cloud telephony, digital marketing services such as website design, e-commerce development, SEO, lead generation, and AI-powered tools 2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets 3. Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients 4. Understand client needs and requirements and propose tailored solutions from product and service offerings 5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets or service opportunities 6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients 7. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual success 8. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective service delivery 9. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system 10. Represent TechBliss Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking functions if applicable 11. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT, digital marketing, and AI 12. Possess specific experience selling AI-based solutions or tools 13. Demonstrate familiarity with Google Workspace, cybersecurity products, and cloud telephony services 14. Maintain an existing network of potential clients in relevant industries 15. Possess a strong understanding of IT solutions, digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, website development, and an aptitude for learning about AI tools 4. Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills 5. Display strong negotiation and closing skills 6. Build rapport and trust with clients quickly 7. Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team 8. Show proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot 9.
