About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize conferences from planning to execution. 2. Mobilize delegates and ensure their seamless participation. 3. Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders. 4. Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and internal teams. 5. Ensure deadlines are met and events run smoothly under pressure. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to perform well under pressure. 5. Prior experience in the event management industry is a plus. 6. Conference management and conference organization skills.
