Role Overview:

Business Development Specialist/


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT & Digital Marketing services (Web, App, SEO, Branding, SMM, etc.).
  • Generate leads, pitch services, and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, and Operations) to deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and updates on CRM tools.


Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Digital Marketing Sales / B2B Sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT & Digital services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and handle objections effectively.
