Business Development Specialist - Education

SkillCure Academy is expanding its footprint in the academic & industrial training ecosystem. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who has strong relationships across colleges, universities, and department HODs, and can drive partnerships for student training, workshops, and MOUs.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building institutional collaborations and promoting future-ready skills like Data Analytics, Data Science, Full Stack & Web Development, Cloud, AI/ML, and more.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, HODs, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).

Fix industrial training opportunities for students in domains like Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, and Web Development.

Drive and close MOUs with academic institutions for long-term training partnerships.

Promote SkillCure Academy’s programs through seminars, workshops, and campus presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams to plan campus drives, skill sessions, hackathons, and awareness seminars.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets related to training enrollments and institutional tie-ups.

Represent SkillCure Academy at industry events, education fairs, and college meetups.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, EdTech partnerships, or College Liaison roles.

Strong existing network with colleges, universities, HODs, and TPOs (highly preferred).

Ability to pitch training programs related to Data Analytics, Data Science, Web Development, Full Stack, and emerging technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel for campus visits and partnership meetings.

Goal-driven, proactive, and strong closing skills.
