Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Academic Counselor for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Academic Counselor will provide personalized counseling to students, helping them identify suitable courses, plan their career paths, and address their educational queries. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one guidance sessions, advising on course selection, coordinating with the admissions team, and maintaining communication to ensure a positive counseling experience. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding individual learner needs and guiding them toward success.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related consultation

Ability to build rapport with learners of diverse backgrounds

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
