About the Role

Business Development & Social Media Intern

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

Call and connect with
PG owners, brokers, hostels, and real estate agents
Pitch company services and onboard partners
Generate leads and close order conversions
Schedule meetings and follow-ups
Visit PGs/properties when required
Maintain a lead tracker and conversion reports

Social Media & Content

Create Instagram Reels and short-form videos
Assist in
script writing, shooting, and reel editing
Research trends and content ideas relevant to rental & real estate space
Post content consistently and track engagement
Support influencer collaborations and outreach

Who Can Apply

Students or freshers interested in
sales, marketing, or startups
Comfortable with cold calling and field work
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Reels, and video editing apps
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Self-driven and result-oriented
