Business Development Sales (Training Solutions)

Role Overview

Business Development (BD) professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Hunting

    : Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the US P&C and Life insurance market.
  • Pipeline Creation

    : Build and maintain a strong sales funnel by leveraging cold outreach, LinkedIn, conferences, and partnerships.
  • Client Engagement

    : Pitch our offshore delivery capabilities to CIOs, VPs, and Directors of IT, Claims, Policy, Digital, and Transformation.
  • Sales Execution

    : Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, coordinating with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams.
  • Account Intelligence

    : Research target accounts (US companies) and develop entry strategies.
  • Targets & Metrics

    : Achieve quarterly revenue and gross margin targets by securing new logos and expanding within initial wins.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with offshore leadership to align solutions and proposals with client pain points.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Hunter

    with 512 years of IT services sales experience, with at least 35 years in the

    US market

    .
  • Ability to

    sell onshore/offshore/nearshore delivery models

    effectively to US clients.
  • Excellent

    networking skills

    ability to connect with CIOs, VPs, and Directors in carriers.
  • Track record of achieving

    new logo acquisition and sales quotas

    .
  • Strong communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.
  • Comfortable working in

    US time zones

    and aligning with offshore delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to

    Training, Hiring

    or related solutions.
  • Good understanding of Technology and exposure to AI tools
  • Prior experience selling to

    Tier-2 US companies

    .
  • Understanding of

    RFP processes, compliance, and contracting

    in the US.

Success Indicators

  • Quarterly sales targets met or exceeded.
  • 23 new logos acquired within the first year.
  • Growing pipeline with measurable progress toward closures.
  • Positive feedback from clients and internal delivery leadership.
