Job Description

Sales Representative

Details:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within

    target industries (IT, finance, healthcare, retail, etc.)

    in North America.
  • Execute outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to leverage campaigns, webinars, and industry events for lead generation.
  • Understand customer challenges and communicate how the company’s software/products offer solutions.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
  • Develop strong knowledge about decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and C-level executives.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure effective handoffs from lead qualification to closing deals.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B software sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise solutions in North America.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding lead targets consistently.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Data platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha etc.
  • Understanding of lead nurture through multiple touch points & strategies.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem within the North American market.
  • Experience selling cloud-based, enterprise SaaS solutions, or services in automation, CRM, or ERP.
