The Role

We’re hiring a smart, scrappy, and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in India.


You’ll work directly with the founders on growth strategy, marketing, partnerships, and sales.


This is a high-ownership role with fast feedback loops, designed for someone who wants to work at the intersection of AI, marketing, and strategy.


What You’ll Do

Marketing

  • Contribute to SEO, GEO, and social marketing (LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter).
  • Help produce and distribute content that attracts AI-search visibility and brand awareness.


Sales

  • Manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Research, qualify, and engage leads to build a strong sales pipeline.


Partnerships

  • Identify and engage potential partners such as CMOs, marketing agencies, and data providers.
  • Support partnership execution and relationship management.


Strategy

  • Develop and execute GTM and BD strategies.
  • Analyze what’s working across campaigns and suggest ways to scale impact.


Who You Are
  • Graduate from a

    top university

    with a

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

    .
  • You have

    3+ Years of Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal

    communication skills

    .
  • Background in marketing

    or business development for a B2B SaaS Startup; exposure to

    SEO and content marketing

    preferred.
  • Technical

    - you can understand data, you use AI tools, and can code. 
  • Scrappy and self-starting

    - you’ve built or led something on your own (startup, project, etc.).
  • Thrive in

    fast-paced, unstructured environments

    and enjoy solving problems creatively.
