Business Development - Pharma

Greetings from Caplin Point, Chennai.

We are currently hiring "Business Development Executive" for our Chennai location.

Key responsibilities:

· To support In-licensing/Out-licensing opportunities.

· To identify and evaluate new development opportunities.

· To prepare and analyse financial models for existing pipeline products and as well as for new product initiatives.

· To provide support in performing portfolio/asset valuation for in-licensing products.

· To provide support portfolio team to identify, screen and review portfolio to create short-term and long-term opportunities.

· To conduct competitive analysis to understand generic strategies and market dynamics.

· To provide support in valuating and negotiating with third parties.

· To provide support in following up with third parties on day to day requests and communications.

· To prepare and share business review presentations.

· To review licensing terms, ensuring compliance with legal, IP and regulatory requirements.

· Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets.

Requirements:

· 2-5 years of experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry with at least 2 of those years in BD role working either for Regulatory or RoW experience. Pharma/Science background and MBA/PGD will be an added advantage.

Skills:

· Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Proactive, self-motivated and driven to achieve results.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
