The company focuses on stadiums, training centers, and sustainable sports facilities to promote athletic development and sports tourism.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Identify new market opportunities, build client relationships, and monitor competitor activities in the sports infrastructure sector.
• Negotiate contracts, provide excellent customer service, and prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B and B2C sales, or infrastructure industries.
• Proven track record in team player, sales skill, and achieving revenue goals.
• Good knowledge on CRM and other soft skill.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory for client communication, and coordination across projects in different states
• Knowledge of sports turf, artificial surfaces, or related markets is advantageous.
• Proficiency in sales tools, market analysis, and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
