Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential projects. Generate leads through site visits, channel partners, referrals, and marketing activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and investors. Conduct project presentations, explain offerings, pricing, and payment plans to clients. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, site events, and promotional activities. Track and follow up on client inquiries and prospects to ensure timely closure. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems. Support documentation and coordination for booking, agreement, and registration processes. Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate documentation
