Job Summary

The Sales Executive will assist customers, promote wallpaper collections, and drive sales. The role involves understanding customer preferences, providing design recommendations, and ensuring smooth purchase and installation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product guidance.
• Provide design suggestions, style matching, and wallpaper recommendations.
• Generate sales through studio visits, social media inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with installation and design teams for timely delivery.
• Keep updated with new products and promotions.
• Address customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field).
• Age: Minimum 23 years.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Previous sales or retail experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in interior décor, colors, and design trends.
• Customer-friendly approach with good negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
