Sales & Marketing Executive

Siva Wallpaper Studio is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell wallpaper and interior décor products through channel partners such as architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and also through direct customer sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

A. Channel / Agent-Based Sales

• Identify, approach, and develop business relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and real estate developers
• Promote Siva Wallpaper Studio products and collections to agents and influencers
• Generate regular enquiries and orders through agent referrals
• Maintain a database of active agents and ensure continuous follow-up
• Organize product demos, catalog presentations, and sample displays
• Coordinate with agents for site visits, measurements, and order finalization

B. Direct Sales

• Handle walk-in customers at the studio
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable wallpaper designs and solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales
• Follow up on leads generated through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and references
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

C. Sales & Reporting

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain daily sales activity reports and lead status
• Coordinate with installation and logistics teams for smooth execution
• Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer preferences

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (interior products preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
• Knowledge of wallpapers, interiors, tiles, paints, or décor products is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for field sales and site visits
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / WhatsApp Business

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
