About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our premium Italian designer furniture brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our franchise network and driving business growth across Kerala,Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and develop potential franchise partners in assigned regions.

Implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales and expansion targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and dealers.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.

Support existing franchise partners in business planning, marketing, and operational improvements.

Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.

Represent the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility.

Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

Required Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Furniture, Home Décor, Interior Design, Paint, Plywood, or allied industries.

Proven track record in franchise business development, B2B sales, or channel expansion.

Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
