Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer, located in Delhi, India. The primary responsibilities include on- boarding new Home Grown Startups at our Stores, identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, conducting market research, and analyzing Retail data. The role also involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and presenting business proposals. The successful candidate will contribute to the continued growth and success of Racks Retail.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Customer Service skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and Fashion acumen
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in the Fashion and Retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail, Luxury or a related field
