BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

You have an exciting opportunity to join Golden Era Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager (BDM). In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and selling a range of company services including Web, Software, Application, Android App Development, Design, and Digital marketing services to potential clients. Your key duties will involve identifying prospects, developing sales strategies, conducting sales calls, networking activities, competitive analysis, and coordinating presentations and proposals. You will collaborate closely with the consulting team to strategize and build pipelines of quality solutions, demonstrating a good understanding of technical jargon. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, establishing strategic partnerships, meeting internal Management to review sales efforts, set goals, and develop territory business plans will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is required, with proficiency in other regional languages being an added advantage. A solid background in the software industry and staying updated on the latest technologies is essential. You should be willing to travel, conduct branding and promotional activities to generate leads, and work towards achieving revenue targets. Experience in selling onsite-offshore development services and having the confidence to engage with top-level decision-makers in organizations will be crucial. Strong communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills are key, with a particular emphasis on listening and offering appropriate solutions.
