BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT OFFICER

You have an exciting opportunity to join Golden Era Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd as a Business Development Manager (BDM). In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and selling a range of company services such as Web, Software, Application, Android App Development, Design, and Digital marketing services to potential clients. Your key responsibilities will include identifying prospects, developing sales strategies, conducting sales/solutions calls, networking, competitive analysis, and client meetings. You will work closely with the consulting team to strategize and build pipelines of quality solutions, while maintaining strong client relationships and establishing strategic partnerships. Additionally, you will be required to meet regularly with internal management to review sales efforts, set goals, and develop territory business plans. As a successful candidate, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is essential, with knowledge of other regional languages considered an advantage. You should have a good understanding of the software industry and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies. Your role will involve travel, lead generation, branding, promotional activities, and achieving revenue targets. Experience in selling onsite-offshore development services is desirable, along with the ability to engage with high-level decision-makers within organizations such as VP IT/Engineering, CFO, Director R & D, and CIO. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills are crucial, with a focus on listening and presenting appropriate solutions.
