Business Development Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in liabilities, branch banking, or business development.

• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of BFSI industry and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
