Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions to drive growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Promote banking products and services tailored to customer needs (e.g., loans, deposits). Conduct field visits, client meetings, and promotional events to enhance visibility. Develop sales strategies to meet branch-level and individual targets. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize outreach efforts. Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transaction history. Resolve client queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare and submit regular sales performance and business development reports. Assist in cross-selling of financial services to maximize revenue per customer. Participate in team reviews, brainstorming sessions, and performance meetings. Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards. Leverage CRM tools and databases for lead tracking and follow-up efficiency. Coordinate with operations for timely documentation, disbursals, and closure of service requests. Develop local partnerships to generate referrals and enhance market reach. Support promotional campaigns, flyers, and other visibility initiatives. Educate clients about digital banking tools and safe banking practices. Exhibit strong product knowledge and communication skills during customer interactions. Monitor business development pipelines and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve KPIs.
