Job Description

  • Identify and acquire new CASA customers through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct need-based analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, credit) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and account activation.
  • Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and campaigns organized by the bank.
  • Provide market feedback on customer trends, competitor offerings, and sales challenges.
