Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand generation initiatives and network development.
  • Manage territory development by identifying growth areas, setting goals, and tracking progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in Business Development or related field (Secondary Sales).
  • Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
