We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Officer cum Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and client-handling experience, preferably in the Aluminium Windows or Building Materials industry, and the ability to lead business growth initiatives with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Generate leads through networking, site visits, and industry contacts.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Handle negotiations, coordinate in preparing quotations, and close deals.
• Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest business improvements.
• Prepare sales reports and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (experience in Aluminium Windows, UPVC, Glass, or Construction Materials preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and leadership-driven.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
