Job Description

As a Business Development & Marketing Executive at Yatnam Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by selling services and products, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding the brand presence in the IT and digital solutions sector. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for IT services and software products. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized solutions. - Collaborate with technical and project teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations. - Plan and implement marketing strategies such as digital campaigns, content marketing, and event participation to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new service/product opportunities. - Represent Yatnam Technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to foster partnerships and showcase offerings. - Track and report sales and marketing metrics, offering insights and suggestions for continuous improvement. - Ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle by coordinating with internal teams. - Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content. **Candidate Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or marketing, preferably in IT services or software industry. - Proven track record in selling IT services and software products. - Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital marketing, and technology trends. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a passion for technology and innovation. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
