Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in commercial interior fit-out projects (offices, IT parks, corporate spaces, General Contract, Turnkey Contract etc.).
Leverage strong industry connections with clients, Project Management Consultants (PMC), builders, developers, architects, and consultants to generate leads.
Build and maintain a long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business.
Track upcoming projects, participate in pre-bid meetings, and coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, estimates, and presentations in coordination with design, estimation, and project teams.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals profitably.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on lead status and forecasts.
Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure a smooth project handover post-order closure.
Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and client meetings.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming developments.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out projects and execution processes.

• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to generate business through industry contacts and referrals.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Good understanding of costing, BOQs, contracts, and project timelines.

• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (preferred).
