Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in commercial interior fit-out projects (offices, IT parks, corporate spaces, General Contract, Turnkey Contract etc.).
  • Leverage strong industry connections with clients, Project Management Consultants (PMC), builders, developers, architects, and consultants to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business.
  • Track upcoming projects, participate in pre-bid meetings, and coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, estimates, and presentations in coordination with design, estimation, and project teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals profitably.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on lead status and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure a smooth project handover post-order closure.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and client meetings.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming developments.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out projects and execution processes.

• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to generate business through industry contacts and referrals.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Good understanding of costing, BOQs, contracts, and project timelines.

• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (preferred).
