Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, your role will involve various responsibilities related to lead generation, marketing strategies, customer engagement, and sales target achievement. You will be required to innovate and execute lead generation activities, develop marketing and sales strategies, communicate with potential customers to understand their requirements, participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities, maintain constant contact with customers for better service and upselling, conduct competitive analysis, and meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Good at lead generation and cold calling activities - Innovate and execute various lead generation activities - Develop marketing and sales strategies to build customer preference and drive volumes - Contact potential customers and partners to understand their requirements and budgets - Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities - Maintain constant contact with customers for better customer service and upselling - Conduct competitive analysis - Meet sales targets Qualifications Required: - Must hold a bachelor's degree - 4-6 years of relevant work experience - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work under pressure - Proficiency in cold calling to various clients - Willingness to travel to various client places in Bangalore Additional Company Details: The job location for this position is in Bangalore/Hyderabad.
