Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Craft and implement territory-specific sales plans in line with company targets and market conditions.

  • Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline via research, referrals, and networking .

  • Meet or exceed premium targets and policy volume goals within the assigned region .

Partner & Client Engagement

  • Engage with agents, brokers, corporate agents, and intermediaries to drive new business and deepen wallet share .

  • Provide sales support and guidance to POS networks and partner intermediaries .

  • Support partners with market insights, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Proposal & Deal Management

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions tailored to client needs .

  • Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and contract agreements with clients and underwriters.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in issuance and documentation processes .
