Job Description

The role involves managing both the existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. You will take a lead role in developing proposals and presentations, nurturing business opportunities and partnerships. It is essential to identify trends and customer needs to build a sales pipeline in alignment with targets. Analyzing new venture integration to develop strategies and positions is a key aspect of the job. You will assist in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies, delegating tasks to achieve strategic goals. Tracking performance and reporting metrics will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and evaluating industry trends and customer drivers are crucial aspects of the role. Regular meetings with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy will be required. You will be responsible for managing the proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources. Generating new leads, contacting decision-makers, screening potential opportunities, selecting deals in line with strategies, and facilitating pitch logistics are also part of the job. Supporting deal structure and pricing with business value analysis, negotiating prices for proactive bids and proposals, and maintaining and sharing professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations are necessary. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business or management, with at least 3 years of experience in IT software sales. A successful track record in sales and negotiation is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and IT fluency. Working experience with sales techniques, proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting are also essential. Preferred skills for this role include experience in IT service/software sales, familiarity with CRM software, and the ability to deliver presentations effectively.,
