Description
Your role as a Business Development Manager will involve managing both the existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. You will take a lead role in developing proposals and presentations for new business materials, nurturing partnerships, and identifying trends and customer needs to build a sales pipeline in line with targets. Additionally, you will analyze new venture integration, assist in implementing marketing strategies, and track performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, meeting regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy - Manage the proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources - Generate new leads, contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and lead pitch logistics - Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis, negotiate prices for bids and proposals - Maintain professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business or management - 3+ years of experience in IT Software Sales - Successful track record in sales and negotiation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with IT fluency - Working experience with sales techniques - Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Preferred Skills: - IT Service/Software Sales experience - Experience with any CRM software - Ability to deliver presentations Your role as a Business Development Manager will involve managing both the existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
