Roles and Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in the IT consulting/staffing domain. Build strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies. Negotiate contracts, terms, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Delivery Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and client submissions. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of profiles. Ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction. Monitor and improve delivery processes for efficiency and quality. Client Management: Understand client requirements and provide strategic consulting to meet staffing needs. Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings with clients. Maintain and grow existing business accounts. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Business Development Management or Delivery Management in IT Services & Consulting industry. Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Strong understanding of account management principles, including client engagement, handling, and relationship-building skills.
