Role Description

As Business Development Manager (UK & Europe) at Omsons Glassware Pvt. Ltd., you will strategize and execute business growth initiatives for the UK and European markets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing existing client relationships, developing proposals, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a strong market presence. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ambala.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Development, Client Relationships, and Sales Strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of European and UK markets, especially in laboratory equipment or related industries, is a plus.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities in target regions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to mentor and manage teams efficiently.
• Qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business development purposes.
