full-time based in New Delhi/Mumbai/Pune

The role involves developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, identifying and targeting potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving defined business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies for Industrial & Technical Inspection Services.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and client needs.
• Handle client inquiries and provide tailored technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project coordination, costing, and P&L management.
• Support client training initiatives and contribute to promotional campaigns.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and ensure consistent performance tracking.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 12–15 years

  of proven experience in

  Sales/Business Development

  within

  Third Party Inspection / QA-QC Services

  .
• Strong technical background in

  Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

  .
• Excellent

  communication, client engagement, and negotiation

  skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  (MBA preferred).
• Ability to work

  independently and collaboratively

  within a team environment.
• Strong

  problem-solving

  and

  organizational

  skills.
• Prior experience in the

  TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification)

  industry is a

  strong advantage

  .
• Proficiency in

  English

  ; additional language skills are a plus.
