Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive revenue generation by acquiring new clients for FSO and Loyalty Solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify key decision-makers, initiate conversations, and secure business meetings. Leverage LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking events to drive lead generation. Understand client pain points and pitch customized solutions to close deals. Represent T7E at industry expos, trade shows, and networking events. Draft proposals, MOMs, and client-specific presentations for high-impact pitches. Maintain a sales pipeline in CRM, track progress, and provide regular reports. Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of revenue generation. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and proposal writing. High energy, result-oriented, and strategic thinker with a strong follow-up discipline.
