Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new IT clients (T&M / C2H models)
- Build long-term relationships with MSP/VMS partners (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.)
- Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Propose staffing solutions aligned with clients hiring goals and timelines
- Collaborate with delivery and sourcing teams to ensure fulfillment success
**Must-Have Skills**:
- Proven track record in IT staffing sales (domestic or international)
- Familiarity with vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, and margin structuring
- CRM proficiency and Boolean search strategies for lead generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
