Job Title: Business Development Manager Staffing & Recruitment- Client Acquisition Location: Chennai, TN or Kerala (Hybrid) Travel: Occasional travel as required Industry: Staffing & Recruitment Experience: 3-6 years in Business Development, preferably in IT & Tech Staffing, Executive Search industry, proven track record of new logo acquisition, penetrating and mining within existing clients, strong client management skills. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services (IT, Tech and Leadership hiring) across PAN India and international markets. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients. Pitch staffing solutions to CXOs, HR heads, and procurement leaders. Account Management Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent delivery and identifying opportunities for account expansion. Act as a bridge between client requirements and delivery teams. Market Intelligence & Strategy Conduct market research to understand hiring trends, competitor analysis, and client needs. Create customized proposals, capability decks, and pricing models. Revenue & Targets Own and achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and ensure timely closures. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 3-6 years in business development for staffing/recruitment companies. Must have experience in New client acquisition within GCCs, product based companies, and fast growing startups. Proven track record of winning new deals and scaling accounts. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and relationship-building. Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and networking events. Location Preference: Candidates must be based in or willing to travel if they are not local.
