What you’ll do

• Hunt for new business opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
• Build proposals and pitches that make brands sit up and listen.
• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to land the big ones.
• Keep an eye on market trends and competitor moves.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline (and keep leadership updated).

• 5+ years winning new business in a marketing/advertising agency.
• Strong network and proven track record of client acquisition.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and always chasing the next big win.
