Position: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand the UK and Australia markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on staff augmentation and contract staffing opportunities.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to identify and engage potential leads.
  • Drive revenue generation with a proven track record of achieving at least $25,000 USD per month.
  • Understand and manage both internal and external processes effectively for seamless client handling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies to provide informed solutions to clients.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Exhibit critical thinking and decision-making skills to tackle challenges and deliver results.
