Job Description

Lead Generation Client Acquisition

: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales strategies.
  • Sales Pitching

    : Present IT solutions (app development, website development, e-commerce solutions) to clients and convert leads into sales.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research

    : Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to refine sales approaches.
  • Proposal Contract Management

    : Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients.
  • Collaboration with Tech Teams

    : Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to align sales with project feasibility.
  • Revenue Target Achievement

    : Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience

    : 5+ years in business development, IT sales, or a similar role within the tech industry.
  • Industry Experience

    : Strong understanding of app development, website development, SaaS, and IT services.
  • Skill Sets:

    • Sales Negotiation

      Ability to close deals effectively and maximize revenue.
    • IT Technical Knowledge

      Understanding of software development processes, technologies, and project lifecycles.
    • Communication Presentation

      Strong verbal and written communication skills for pitching to clients.
    • Lead Generation CRM

      Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn for client acquisition.
    • Networking Relationship Building

      Ability to maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
    • Problem-Solving Strategic Thinking

      Capable of identifying business challenges and offering customized solutions.
    • Proposal Writing Documentation

      Ability to draft business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
