Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Business Development Manager in the Jewelry Industry. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and driving business growth within South India. Other day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development and Sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the Jewelry industry
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to travel within South India
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
