Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize life insurance product penetration through bancassurance partnerships.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner banks and financial institutions.
Coordinate with internal teams such as underwriting, claims, marketing, and product development to ensure smooth delivery and enhancement of bancassurance products.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize bancassurance sales.
Conduct regular training and enablement sessions for bank staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and service level agreements (SLAs) with bancassurance partners.
