Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local distributors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support business growth. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance the companys presence in the region. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring profitable terms and adherence to company standards. Regional Expertise: Stay informed about the economic, political, and social dynamics of the southern region to anticipate changes in market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly. Sales Reporting: Regularly track and report on key sales metrics, performance, and market insights to senior management.
