Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through corporate sales, B2B marketing, and B2B sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals to expand the company's presence paint industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-9 years of experience in corporate business development or a related field (e.g., B2B corporate sales).
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and growing revenue through corporate selling.
