Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student enrollments, build institutional partnerships, and expand our educational consultancy services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in revenue generation, client acquisition, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and campus activities
  • Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, admissions, and placement support
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, training partners, and corporates
  • Conduct follow-ups, presentations, and demo sessions for prospective students
  • Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding
  • Participate in seminars, career fairs, and promotional events
  • Handle post-enrollment support and ensure high student satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,666.28 - ₹43,663.20 per month
