Job Description:
Leads the development of new business opportunities in service domain, in addition to securing business, analyzing sectors, markets, and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing customers.
How will you do it
Business Development Manager role is customer facing and you will be responsible to promote and position the various service offerings to ensure high customer satisfaction index and expand our service business.
Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers and influencers through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events.
Promote and encourage our service customers to leverage digital technology and new innovative approaches. Position JCI as their partner throughout their digital transformation journey
Educate and promote OpenBlue digital service portfolio, the IoT, Digital solutions and services within the commercial construction and vertical markets that includes existing install-base as well new customers in various vertical business
Develop and present digital transformation roadmaps to our customers, define projects and implementation and integration recommendations that best match with the customer’s existing environment and that meet customer expectations
Develop Service Business strategies. Generate new leads, identify and qualify opportunities to Upsell / Cross Sell and generate additional Pull through Business
Collaborate with the technical team to define prototypes and proof of concepts for customer specific development need
Provide accurate and current view of account penetration, sales performance and customer satisfaction including health of the funnel/pipeline. Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources.
