Role & responsibilities

3 to 6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or onboarding, ideally within

export-related domains.

Prior work experience with exporters, CHA firms, freight forwarders, or EXIM

consultants.

Deep understanding of local markets and the ability to quickly build rapport with

business owners.

Proficiency in local language(s) and comfort with frequent field travel.
Strong ownership mindset you take initiative, solve problems independently,

and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

Chennai / Coimbatore Export/Import Focus

Target candidates who
work with Export/Import businesses as clients
.
Candidates should not be employed by Export/Import firms directly.
The ideal profile would have experience in selling financial products or services
to
these businesses, not
within
them.
Build strong, trusted relationships with exporters, freight forwarders, CHA

agents, and industry associations in your city or region.

Understand exporter pain points from payment delays to currency loss and

recommend the right Karbon solutions.

Guide exporters through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and

seamless experience.

Collaborate closely with our internal teams to drive activation, adoption, and

long-term satisfaction.

Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed monthly and

quarterly targets.
