Business Development Manager - SaaS Sales

As a Business Development Executive/ Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for lead generation, new client acquisition, account management, revenue generation, international sales, SaaS sales, IT product sales, end-to-end sales, and business development. Your primary focus will be on individual sales to drive business growth. Your main responsibilities will include selling Salesforce CRM services to potential clients, bidding on Salesforce projects using platforms like Upwork, conducting outbound sales activities to generate leads, handling inbound sales inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. To excel in this role, you must have proven sales experience in Salesforce CRM services, a successful track record in bidding on projects through Upwork, strong outbound and inbound sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Previous experience with Salesforce CRM will be advantageous.
