Business Development Manager Job Summary: The Senior / Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business customers and partners to build new business for the company. . Key Responsibilities: BDM should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy The BDM should have a flair for building relationships and penetrating into new accounts while having managed multiple key accounts in the corporate gifting and premium packaging segment with the following requisites. Should be result oriented with proven sales track record. Self-starter and should have a Track record. Should be able to independently handle key/major accounts. His or her own set of strong accounts will be bonus. Basic technical knowledge preferred for Premium Packaging and Corporate Gifting’s Min 5 years’ experience in related field and should have strong communication skills. Worked both on large corporates / Enterprises. Good relationship preferred. Will be responsible for maintaining and augmenting business from existing clients, and Generating business from new accounts. Strategic Relationship Building, Processes, Team Building and Leadership. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5 years industry related business development experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
